The Misha Nonoo x Aldo Rise spring collection just hit stores today and believe us when we say that it’s amazing.
The nine-piece line, inspired by the 1960’s minimal art movement and the beginning of the women’s right movement, was designed by Nonoo with a focus on effortlessly bringing women from day to night and creating accessories that make getting dressed a breeze. The whole line features a clean palette of white, black, and navy with a couple bright bursts of red, and ranges from $85 to $160.
You can expect two styles of perfectly spring-esque sandals—stacked wood heels, contrast stitching, and all—as well as a casual canvas flatform. However, the real hit of the collection is the color blocked cross-body bag, available in two colorways—white with black accents, and black with red and white accents. At only $85, it’s a serious steal and a must-have addition to your post-winter wardrobe.
“The collection celebrates the beauty that is created when two opposing forces come together. We designed the flatforms with a subtle bow detail—a dedication to the strength of women and a new take on a menswear classic. For the mules, we added modern lines as a nod to the 1960’s minimalist art movement, which make these shoes bold yet playful,” Nonoo stated in the press release.
This marks the third collection the designer has done with Aldo. Click through the gallery below to check it out in full, and shop the collection here.
