No matter the season, Beyoncé is here to motivate you to be the best version of yourself. In the latest campaign for the AW16 collection of her activewear brand, Ivy Park, she preaches about her body's many abilities and teaching it how "to bend and not break." In other words, Bey has trained herself to go with the flow.

Similar to Beyoncé's most recent visuals, her voice dramatically narrates a monologue while clips of her wearing the clothing flash on the screen, alternating between shots of her life from behind the scenes. She can be seen saying:

I stretch my body out like the horizon. I teach my body every day that I can go a little further. I know my body can learn how to bend and not break. I know what it's capable of. I've seen it perform miracles. Even when my throat is burning, my lungs feel like they're drowning, sweat is stinging my eyes, my feet feel like they're gonna explode. When I'm about to give up, I picture that one person I love more than anyone. I picture them wherever they are in the world and I imagine myself running towards them. I see their face. And they're smiling and they're cheering. They're shouting my name. And I make it to the end. I push past the pain and I find love.

While there are no wipeouts, this time, to prove otherwise, we still find it hard to believe that Beyoncé is a human like the rest of us. Once again, we'll be stocking up on as many items from this collection as our bank accounts allow us to.
Ivy Park's AW16 collection is currently available to purchase at Topshop. Bey inspired by the full ad, below.
