"Meet Mariana and Alex (@anderfinn), transgender friends and co-workers at the @lalgbtcenter in Los Angeles. Mariana was born in Central America and received asylum, or legal protection to stay in the U.S., after facing abuse and persecution in her home county. Now she’s a community activist and provides services for transgender individuals who are looking for legal advice. She says, 'I’m very good making people feel safe and show them a better life full of possibilities, no matter where they are coming from. Just like me, people keep coming from around the world looking for shelter, for a place to call home and make their true colors shine!!'" – Miley Cyrus (@mileycyrus)
"In eighth grade, 2013, I wrote an essay on why I thought gay marriage should be legal. Even made a video on my [YouTube] narrating my essay because I felt so strongly about the topic, as well. And on today, June 26th, 2015, it is now officially legal to marry who you love. It just blows my mind how that wasn't allowed to begin with and how I slowly watched the U.S. turn gay one single state at a time. :') I don't give a single fuck if you don't support the LGBTQ, because now I can make my love for someone legally official with my middle fingers in the air and nothing but love in my heart. I just gotta wait till i'm 18 doe. #LoveIsLove #LoveWins #StayFabulousGays #StayFabulousUSSupremeCourt" – Lohanthony (@lohanthony)
"A beautiful long overdue victory and a day to celebrate. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the constitution guarantees a nationwide right to same-sex marriage. #Equality #LoveWins" – Kate Hudson (@katehudson)
"No union is more profound than marriage, for it embodies the highest ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice, and family. In the forming of a marital union, two people become something greater than once they were. As some of the petitioners in these cases demonstrate, marriage embodies a love that may endure even past death. It would misunderstand these men and women to say they disrespect the idea of marriage. Their plea is that they do respect it, respect it so deeply that they seek to find its fulfillment for themselves. Their hope is not to be condemned to live in loneliness, excluded from one of civilization's oldest institutions. They ask for equal dignity in the eyes of the law. The Constitution grants them that right. The judgement of the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit is reversed. It is so ordered. THANK YOU #SCOTUS !!! #LoveWins #EqualityMatters #Proud" – Sophia Bush (@sophiabush)
"What a beautiful thing to wake up to! 'They ask for equal dignity in the eyes of the law. The constitution grants them that right.' #LoveWins #EqualityForward #CivilRights #HumanRights #Potus #Scotus" – Minka Kelly (@minkak)

"Yes! We have the capacity to change our hearts and minds! Today is a wonderful day! Happy tears on the eve of my own wedding anniversary that all my friends can know their marriage is respected and protected by the law of the land." – America Ferrera (@americaferrera)
"ALL 50 STATES!!!! So happy. Times are changing my friends. We have such a long way to go and so much more fighting to do so I hope nobody stops and thinks everything's ok because it isn't, BUT it's days like today, and moments like this that we've all gotta have a drink and celebrate how far we have come. I couldn't be prouder to be gay x love to all x #PRIDE #EQUALITY" – Sam Smith (@samsmithworld)
