Cereal Killer Cafe, London

the cereal killer: more than just a cereal cafe.

by emma orlow

There’s only one place you can find 100 cereals from around the world and 12 different kinds of milk, all while sipping a candy smoothie. This is a real-life place where Count Chocula, Tony the Tiger, and Toucan Sam all come to hang out, and it's called the Cereal Killer Cafe, dreamed up (and now made a reality) by Alan and Gary Keery, two twins from Belfast. The two-floor cafe is coming to London’s Shoreditch neighborhood on December 10, where cereal lovers will get to customize every part of their breakfast bowl, including how much cereal, how much sugar (you can add Oreos as a topping to your Cap'n Crunch), and type of milk (Who knew there were so many to choose from?). If you’re a Lucky-Charms obsessed, they'll have you covered, but you’ll also get the chance to try sugary breakfast treats from South Africa, Australia, and France, among others.

But if you’re looking for something a little heartier, they have combo meals, too: Take your pick from over 18 different flavors of Pop-Tarts to complement your "complete" breakfast, plus throw in a side of coffee or juice. Beverages don't stop there though, the candy smoothie is where it's at, think Reese's Puffs, Peanut Butter Cheerios, Peanut M&Ms, and Strawberry Milk--AKA "The Peanut Butter Jelly Time."The best part? They'll even be playing Saturday morning cartoons on screens around the joint which will also be covered in vintage cereal memorabilia.

It's safe to say this place has it all, from the dream breakfast your parents never let you have, to a punny name and, yes, we may or may not have already booked our plane ticket.
