Being a teenager can be hard. From bullying, to trying to fit in, to dealing with identity issues, it can take a toll on your self-worth. Throw in the internet, and it can be even harder. Multi-hyphenate artist Daye Jack understands the struggle all too well, and is looking to serve as a beacon of hope by way of his new album, No Data.

We sat down with the 21 year old, and he told us his new project is all about self-acceptance and self-love. It’s a message that everyone can benefit from, at any age. Watch what else he had to say about his upbringing, social media, and more, in the video above.
