manic panic now makes nail polish. What?!

by ali hoffman

Fact: neon hair is trendy. Recent evidence: Rihanna's bright red shocker, Dree Hemingway's pink locks in the Valentino ads, and the blue and green hair pieces on Zac Posen's Spring 2010 runway.

Fiction: neon hair is a new trend. Evidence: Madonna's hot pink do in the ‘80s and MANIC PANIC NYC, the hair dye and cosmetics line created by two sisters in the late ‘70s.

Luckily, the company's latest line of products, the “Bright Beauty Set,” revamps the old trend. Available in six eye-popping shades, each kit comes with a matching body glitter, hair dye, and nail polish in the neon shade of your choice.

Perfect way to stand out at packed summer music festival, a black-lit dance party, or just a cruel way to shock your mom.
