Watch Disney & Pixar’s ‘Finding Dory’ Trailer

The follow-up to ‘Finding Nemo’ is finally here

Before Finding Nemo hit theaters 13 years ago, the prospect of animated marine life making an entire theater break into hysterics seemed totally improbable. But, alas, the symbolic film changed all of that. Now Disney and Pixar are about to do it again, with this summer's follow-up, Finding Dory.

Instead of revolving around a man, err, fish's search for his lost son, the movie follows Dory throughout her life as she searches for her family. The sequel once again tackles issues like entrapment, as Dory gets taken and put into a marine life institution, and environmental destruction (broken bottles, six-pack rings, and rusty cars are seen in the trailer alone). It also confronts issues of identity, family, friendship, and survival.

Once again, Ellen DeGeneres, Albert Brooks, and Hayden Rolence return as Dory, Marlin, and Nemo, respectively. Idris Elba and Dominic West voice some sea lions, and Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy appear as the voices of Dory's parents.

Basically, it's another version of the original, and may very well become one of the most successful sequels in mainstream box office history.
