the ’90s brand is back with designer emma fletcher.

Back in the '90s, Tocca was the pretty but understated label that girls wore to a brunch date. Helena Christensen had their ecru lace miniskirts; Gwyneth Paltrow had their square-neck tanks; Claire Danes layered their camisoles the way most of us did with our overdyed Urban Outfitters undershirts. 

Now Emma Fletcher, the designer behind Lyell, is at the helm of Tocca, and she's brought back a lot of its needlepoint heritage, along with some spiderweb sex appeal that's appropriate for its new decade.
