five questions with phaeleh

The UK musician comes to the US…

by Christian Lavery

Describing his sound as "cinematic electronica with a healthy dose of emotion," Phaeleh (pronounced “fella”), has been actively making music since 2006. Drawing his inspirations from artists such as Aphex Twin, Steve Reich, and Boards of Canada, the UK-born musician has brought his talents overseas, where he’s making his first marks on the crowds of the United States. Having started his tour on September 12th in Miami, Phaeleh has plenty more dates to go as he puts his abilities on display. His recently released LP Tides is out now and as you become a little more familiar with his hypnotizing, tempo-changing tracks, we thought we’d introduce you to the man behind the music by asking him our five questions.
