Kanye West Fired Shots At Nike And Bill Cosby In New Diss Track

It’s Called ‘Facts’

Kanye West is starting the new year off on the right foot, or the wrong one, depending on who you ask. Just as the ball dropped Thursday, West released his first new music in months—a scathing diss track call "Facts," in which the rapper fires shots at everyone, from Nike to Bill Cosby.

"Nike out here so bad, they can’t give s--t away,” he raps, before adding, “Nike, Nike treat employees just like slaves / Gave LeBron a billi’ not to run away.” As you may recall, West had a very public falling out with the sports apparel juggernaut, after the company refused to pay him royalties for his best-selling Air Yeezus sneakers. West has since joined Team Adidas, where his Yeezy Boost sneakers continue to sell like gangbusters.

Later in the track, West takes aim at a pair of maligned comedians, rapping "Do anybody feel bad for Bill Cosby? Did he forget names just like Steve Harvey?”

And what would this blistering year in review be without a couple shout outs to his family, wrapped up in West's signature braggadocio. Kanye gives Kim's brand new emoji app some love, rapping "Plus Kimoji just shut down the App Store, uh! And we made a million a minute," while daughter North gets immortalized in the line "Ten thousand dollar fur for Nori, I just copped it, yo!”

Unfortunately, there's no mention of the newest addition to the Kardashian-West family. Better luck next year, Saint.
