One of the reasons I've always loved Kate Bosworth's style is because she can wear anything and still look awesome. From a super-cinched Balmain minidress to a Prada feathered one, everything she wears is transformed into her own. A lot of that has to do with having a good basics to build on. Anytime we see a paparazzi snap of the actress, she might be wearing embroidered Isabel Marant jeans, but she also has on a basic white T-shirt.

So it makes sense for Bosworth to consult on a line for Topshop founded on the importance of good basics. Her 46 piece collection, aptly called The Collection, is inspired by a more minimal take on her personal style. "For fall, we wanted to create luxurious pieces with a strong minimalist approach," said Bosworth, "Slim silhouettes are cloaked in a masculine shape, staying true to the mix of masculine/feminine balance that exists in my personal aesthetic."

Shot by Bosworth's husband, Michael Polish, the campaign images and short film prove that a minimal masculin-feminin mix up can be a lot more fun that you thought. You just need some silver T-shirts and motorcycle pants! See all of the photos in our gallery and start scooping up The Collection on now!
