The gypsy girls backstage at Mara Hoffman were, to say the least, magical: Maybelline lead artist Alice applied black liner on the bottom waterline, and topped off the eyes and face with golden hued powders. Maybelline lead nail artist Honey applied two coats of Maybelline's Bold Gold nail lacquer--a metallic gold that dries matte. The hair, styled by lead hair stylist Nick Irwin for Catwalk by TIGI, was braided, let loose, and then sprayed gold for a "dipped effect" on the lower inches of the hair.
