Michelle Branch Is Coming Out With More Than Just Music
She’s also releasing a jewelry collection
Michelle Branch is back! With new music and, now, with a new non-music project, also. The early-aughts singer is teaming up with jewelry company Iconery for a three-piece collection.
The line’s release will coincide with Branch’s upcoming album, Hopeless Romantic (out April 7), and the pieces tie into the musical theme. “When we discussed the dark romance of her album, it made perfect sense to draw upon the antique memento mori motif,” Andrea Linett, creative director of Iconery said in a statement. “This first piece is a cool spinning pendant that you can wear on either side, depending on your mood."
One side of the necklace includes a skull, while the other side displays a heart. They “represent both the hopeless darker side and romantic lighter side of falling in love,” Branch says. She goes on to explain that the items reflect her “romantic vintage style with a bit of a tomboy edge.” The spinning pendant (which comes in sterling silver, yellow gold, or yellow gold vermeil) is available now and goes for $195. The remaining two pieces will be rolled out in the coming months. Happy Valentine’s Day, lovers!
