The Prettiest Pleats To Incorporate Into Your Wardrobe Now

Pleats, Please!

Pleats are no longer just a memory of our schoolgirl uniforms of the past. Making multiple appearances on the resort 2016 runways, from Christopher Kane to Altuzarra to Dior, they’ve been seen on the catwalk in every which way. Whether it’s adding depth to a romantic, flowing gown or adding dimension to a structured mini-dress, pleats are a major, and overall flattering, when done right, trend to incorporate into our late winter/early spring wardrobe. It can be as subtle as a detailed panel on a blouse or a skirt or a full-on look, such as a micro-pleated pant. We rounded up some of our favorites pieces we want to buy now. Check them out in the gallery.
