Last night, at gala celebrating the Time 100, Kanye West took the stage to show the most influential people in the world why he made the cover and they didn't. After a brief set of hits—which featured some very atypical non-atmospheric lighting—West dipped into the crowd to try and get the party turnt.
But while the tuxedo and gown-clad crowd stood around filming him as he cycled through a medley of earlier hits like "Gold Digger" and "Good Life," one hyperactive, non-famous guest did what absolutely no one else in the room thought to do: He exuberantly rapped a verse from "Gold Digger" alongside West, blurted out song requests, and even got on the mic for a second. And because this dude is clearly awesome, he filmed the whole thing and put it on Instagram. Watch it below.
