Ah, the joyous pains of unrequited love. The desperate craving for another, the self-serving thoughts convincing ourselves that this person feels the same is enough to drive a person mad. It’s all fun and games, really. It’s also perfect fodder for a great song. Take San Cisco’s “Run,” for example: It’s an upbeat jam about some girl named Isabella who just wasn’t feeling the love—no matter how hard the guy tried. Perhaps an acoustic set, like the one San Cisco performed in a shower above New York, might’ve changed her mind. Isn’t that how all true romances begin in the movies?
