keds makes espadrilles, just for kicks.

Ever since elementary school, simple white Keds have been our go-to summer staple. Even now, more than 10 years later, we still wear them paired with a breezy sundress or denim shorts.
But this season Keds is branching out from the basic lace-ups and slip-ons with new styles that are the perfect mashup of past and present. Their signature white rubber soles have been replaced with a jute rope bottom, making them more like espadrilles than sneakers.
Plus, they're light enough to fold up into your weekend bag- making them easy, breezy, and perfect for summer. But that's not really surprising.
