The Checklist

pants-less daydreams.

The News: Did Tame Impala Rip Off an '80s Argentine Child Star?

A YouTube video claims that Australian psych rock group Tame Impala plagiarized their most successful song, "Feels Like We Only Go Backwards"...from an Argentine '80s child pop star! Dun dun dun! Whether or not this stuff bothers you, watch the video below and decide for yourself. As for me, I'm cool with it. After all, a good, dreamy song's a good, dreamy song, right?

The Look: Urban Outfitters' No Pants Lookbook

Urban Outfitters' latest lookbook claims that with a semi-long (read: butt-grazing) oversized shirt, there's no need for pants. As someone who attempts to wear shorts and oversized tees year round, I avidly support this movement. How it will stand up in the next seasons' freezing temperatures? Ehh...A girl can only dream.

The Face: Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof Long Lasting Eyeliner in Ambre Dore (911)

This golden liner is without a doubt my current beauty obsession. I just line below my lower lashline and above my black liquid liner cat eye and my eyes look bigger and 1000x cooler.

The Song: "Anaconda" by Nicki Minaj

Honestly, I would not have expected myself to enjoy this song. But alas, here we are, me choosing it for my Checklist and all. If you haven't listened to Minaj's latest single, do yourself a favor and watch the video below. Not only is this song an awesome rendition of Sir Mix-A-Lot's "Baby Got Back," but it also has an extremely strange video featuring Drake that will make you wonder whether you are, in fact, having a strange hallucinatory daydream.
