You get an Emmy, and you get an Emmy, and you get an Emmy…

Oprah Winfrey might just be the busiest actress in Hollywood. The former talk show host just wrapped Ava DuVernay's A Wrinkle in Time and has a handful of other projects coming down the pike, including a Terms of Endearment remake and the upcoming Richard Pryor biopic.

But before Winfrey takes the big screen by storm, she's set to wow audiences on the small screen, in HBO's upcoming adaptation of the best-selling book The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. In it, Winfrey plays the daughter of the title character, whose cells were harvested without consent and wound up being the basis for research that led to countless medical breakthroughs. The first trailer sees Winfrey seeking to win her mother the credit that she deserves for her unwitting contribution to modern medicine.

Rose Byrne, Renée Elise Goldsberry, and Courtney B. Vance also star in what could be considered the spiritual sequel to Hidden Figures. Winfrey and Co. will fight for what's right when The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks premieres April 22 at 8pm EST on HBO. Watch the trailer above.
