YouTube is chock full of dance videos featuring wildly talented choregraphers and dancers, and it's easy to get lost in the sea of talent. But once in a blue moon, a dance video stands out, and in this case, it's 10-year-old Sarah "Lil' Mini" Phoenix dancing to Nicki Minaj's "Truffle Butter." Choreographer Wildebeest Adams shared the video on his account, with the caption: "After class basically this stunning kid did what she does all the time. Let go and feel the music ! :)"
Let us reiterate, she is 10 years old. And the dance is not choreographed in any way—all of what you see is Phoenix just feeling the music and freestyling along. It's literally all coming from her mind, on the spot. If that's not mindblowing to you, then we don't know what is.
According to Dance Spirit Magazine, Phoenix "primarily freestyles in the robotics vocabulary," so much so that they dub her "Princess of Robotics." But despite having killer skills that rival those of adults, Phoenix is super-chill when she dances, and at one point, she looks directly into the camera with a calm expression that says "NBD." Seriously, were 10-year-olds ever this cool? Kids are officially taking over the world.
