v-day beauty looks cool enough to wear year-round.

Valentine's Day might be polarizing--either you're into it or you think it's a dumb ploy for Hallmark to sell more cards--but no matter how you feel about the holiday itself, we can all agree on one thing. Everyone wants to be loved-up and feel pretty all year round.

So no matter how you're spending Friday night, see how to recreate the look of love through your beauty routine. And the good news? Getting that first crush feeling (beauty-wise, at least) is easier than you'd think. We quizzed makeup artist Tina Turnbow on her step-by-step routine for crafting four effortless gorgeous beauty looks. "I was channeling what it feels like being flushed, and wide-eyed, and passionate," she explained.

The best part is, these looks shouldn't be restricted to February 14--they're cute enough to sport all year long. So bust out the chocolate and get a jumpstart on our V-Day beauty guide below.

ROYAL FLUSH:

"I moisturized and massaged the skin with Colbert MD Illumino Face Oil, and topped with Laura Mercier Radiance Primer to get a nice glow. I applied Tarte Cheek Stain in Flush to the apple of the cheeks and towards the eye, blending with my fingertips. Then I added a rosy-tinted lip treatment by Tata Harper in Be Adored.

BRIGHT EYES:

"For a wide eyed effect I enhanced the brows with Nars Brow Perfector pencil. Then with a smudger brush applied Laura Mercier Caviar Stick in Smoke to the outer 3/4 of the eye keeping it fine, then thickening as the line approached the outer corner then flicked it up and out. I smudged a tiny bit on the bottom lash line, mostly in the center. To brighten the eye I used NYX Cosmetics Wonder Pencil in Light, on the inner rim of the eye. Then created lots of lash using Lancome Hypnose Drama Mascara. For a warm flushed cheek Make Up For Ever HD cream blush in #330 is so pretty. I love the lip balm by Jurlique to moisturize, then added a swipe of Nars Velvet Matte lip pencil in Bolero.

PURPLE PASSION:

"The hair was pulled back tight on the sides to open up the eye area and give a great sleek feeling. I shaped the eye with a fat pencil to get the shape I wanted, and then filled it in with Sephora Jumbo Liner 12hr Wear pencil in Purple Glitter. To add smolder, I lined and smudged close to the lash line with Aveda Graphite eye pencil and lined the inner rim as well. For a little contour and illumination I used Filmstar Bronze & Glow by Charlotte Tilbury."

CHERRY LIP:

"For a fresh complexion I applied a tinted moisturizer Just Skin by Chantecaille in Nude. I spot concealed with Charlotte Tilbury's The Retoucher #2, then I curled Catherine's lashes with my fave Kevyn Aucoin lash curler. I added a flick of L'Oreal Voluminous mascara on top and bottom lashes. The brilliant red lip is Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in RAVEN by Hourglass Cosmetics."
