If you've got a small budget, a small closet, or both, shopping for Halloween can seem more like a hassle than like fun. Nobody wants to go halfway on a costume or recycle last years one into something new-ish.
Fear not, because we're here to help. (OK, fear a little, but only because that's the point of Halloween.)
