Details on the new Hilary Duff album have been pretty hush-hush, but here's what we know so far: Her first single, "Chasing the Sun," comes out Tuesday and was written by Colbie Caillat, Jason Reeves and Toby Gad; she's signed with RCA Records, who also represent the A$AP crew, Betty Who, Britney Spears, and Miley Cyrus; and this new album will be her fifth studio album, the first one since 2007's Dignity.
