The New 'Suicide Squad' Trailer Is Worth Watching On Repeat

Very vexing

There is no denying the allure of Suicide Squad. They're the bad good guys, and the new trailer for the forthcoming movie introduces audiences to their dynamic together.

Premiering at the 25th MTV Movie Awards, the new Suicide Squad trailer is just as brilliantly entertaining as the first showstopper. Even the soundtracking is pitch-perfect—Lesley Gore's inclusion of "You Don't Own Me" and The Sweet's "Ballroom Blitz" lend themselves to the sick lightheartedness the film advertises. Here, we get more glimpses of Cara Delevingne's Enchantress and welcome scenes with Jared Leto's Joker.

However, even with more in-depth introductions to the overall cast, this trailer, like the last, has Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn dominating the screen. She's incredibly magnetic—cheeky, even. You can bet you'll be seeing this iteration of her costume at every Halloween social you'll be attending this year. And why not? She's the life of the party.

Suicide Squad hits theaters August 5, 2016.
