8@8: Your Morning Scoop

Is this Rihanna’s next Fenty beauty product?

Today is...

National String Cheese Day!

News of the Day:

+ It appears that Rihanna may have a brand-new liquid lipstick in the works. Popular makeup Twitter account GlamourGoals tweeted a new photo of the bad gal at a table with what seems to be either a new nail varnish or liquid lipstick for her Fenty beauty line. If it's the latter, we hope it will be the glossy sister of Rihanna's Riri Woo shade in collaboration with M.A.C. See viral tweet below.

+ As part of its fall/holiday collection, Cargo Cosmetics will be releasing a new line of Star Wars-themed makeup, inspired by the new movie Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The collection will be available at Kohl's stores nationwide in October, meaning you can rock your Star Wars-inspired beauty look to the movie release on December 15. The line includes two mascaras, two eyeshadow palettes, lip top coats, and more. Prices range from $16 to $36.

+ After years of waiting, Instagram has finally added a "follows you" feature to its app. Before this, figuring out whether or not someone followed you required tediously trudging through long lists of followers/following. Unfortunately, this new update is only for Android users at the moment, but rest assured, the iOS update isn't far behind.

+ Blue Ivy took a walk in her mother's shoes for a day—literally. Beyoncé shared an adorable photo of her daughter sporting her pink Louboutin heels. The video also shows Beyoncé modeling a bunch of other pink designer pieces, and as usual, she's killing it.

+ M.A.C is bringing back its cult-favorite Liptensity lipsticks and lip liners in 18 amazing shades. If you want to check out what the mega beauty brand currently has available, you can shop the Liptensity line here. Otherwise, mark your calendars for the release on October 5.

Deal of the Day:

If you didn't get a chance to get your hands on a pair of sunglasses from Warby Parker’s collaboration with Amanda de Cadenet earlier this year, now is your chance. In honor of the multihyphenate's book release, the sunglass maven is bringing the two oversized frames back in stock. Get them for $95, here.
