ALCHEMY BLUES PROJECT BY SCOTCH & SODA
You should know by now that NYLON Guys can’t get enough denim. Our girls, too. (Their annual Denim Issue is on stands now.) So when we heard what the folks over at
were cookin’ up, we couldn’t help but share the news.
Stemming from the Amsterdam Blauw division of the brand, which draws inspiration from American and Japanese denim aesthetics, Scotch & Soda gathered four graphic designers to customize five Japanese selvedge trucker jackets as part of the Alchemy Blues Project. Each reimagined garment plays on the four basic elements of alchemy—air, earth, wind, and fire, while only the fifth style is hitting the market in a limited run of only 250 pieces.
