While polar vortex is the phrase on everyone's lips, "summertime hot spot" is the phrase on everyone's mind, or in their daydreams at least. And here to futher those hot weather dreams is APC's new spring '14 lookbook. 

Starring major model Eugenia Volodina, the lookbook is shot against a sky blue backdrop that highlights the blue and brown palette and the tiny details, like a lace up neckline or a single button closure, that makes APC's clothing so special. It's pretty easy to imagine Sofia Coppola or Francoise Hardy strolling through the Marais in any of these ensembles, satchel bag in tow, hair artfully messed. I guess they call it je ne sais quoi for a reason... and the reason is that no matter how hard I try, I don't know how to recreate their look.
