You’re Going To Want The Entire ASOS x LaQuan Smith Collection

This is ASOS’ most exciting collab yet

by Jenna Igneri

Fashion designer LaQuan Smith has become one to watch. He made quite a buzz at New York Fashion Week the past couple of seasons and his pieces have been donned by the likes of Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Lady Gaga. Now, Smith is bringing his unapologetically in-your-face style to all with an accessible and inclusive collaboration with ASOS DESIGN.

We first got a glimpse of the new ASOS collab at Smith’s New York Fashion Week runway show this past September when these denim zip jeans and tiny sunglasses made their way down the catwalk. And, starting today, the full collection—spanning women’s and men’s wear, accessories, Curve, and Plus categories—is available to shop.

In this new offering, you’ll see many of Smith’s signature styles—such as off-the-shoulder and bodycon dresses—reimagined, as well as everything from crystal-embellished fishnet tops and vinyl dresses to patchwork plaid, head-to-toe beaded leopard print, and camo. It’s a truly elevated collection, sans the luxury price tag. With prices ranging from $35 up to $285, there’s a little something for everyone.

When talking to ASOS' magazine about what this new collection stands for, he says, “Confidence and being unapologetic in who you are. It’s always about accentuating the body, and this concept collection will reinforce that in an affordable and attainable way.”

We must admit, while ASOS has been killing itwith collaborations this past year, this is definitely the most exciting yet. Take a closer look at the lookbook, below. You can shop these pieces (and many more) at ASOS.com.
