WHY: It's basically October, which means Halloween season is finally here! But even if you haven't finalized your night-of outfit quite yet, at least you can get in the spooky spirit now--without looking like you've stepped out in costume way too early. This studded tank is from Forever 21's new Bats and Cats capsule line, and is going into our tee rotation pretty much immediately. So whether or not you're into the idea of Ben Affleck as The Dark Night, this is one new Batman development that everyone can agree on.
