The TV that adjusts to you…

by Christian Lavery

We're gona go ahead and guess that at least one room in your house functions solely around a larger than necessary yet fully utilized television screen. Unfortunately, not every seat in that said room holds the same viewing value, right? (That is unless you don't mind being left to make due with a less than advantageous corner seat offering a squint-worthy glare.) But regardless of your current situation, Band & Olufsen just revealed its latest TV that will adjust to you, ya know, instead of the other way around.

Fusing movement with electronics, the BeoVision Avant is a nod to its most successful TV to date-the Avant launch in 1995-and uses an innovative stand program that includes wall, floor, and table options to allow for optimal viewing angles. In addition, the Avant offers discrete but powerful sound panel that unfolds when the television is on, then retreats inside when one turns it off.

To control it all, the television uses the BeoRemote, which enables the user to create up to three personalized settings such as channel and volume settings along with directional positioning.

The 55-inch TV costs just under eight grand, so get those check books ready if you can manage. Watch the video below, and learn more about the self-adjusting telivision HERE.
