BEST DRESSED: EURO MUSIC AWARDS

On Sunday night, MTV broadcast their Euro Music Awards from Belfast, Ireland. (We were there with our friends from Swatch - check out our Twitter feed to see a play-by-play from the show.) Selena Gomez hosted, and changed her outfit nine times. Gaga clocked in at four - so did performer Jessie J. - while Bruno Mars and Justin Bieber each got two wardrobe changes, and Katy Perry managed to stay in just one look.
