sunny side up.

We know we can't be the only ones struggling to hold onto the last days of summer. In fact, we're sure you've found those end-of-summertime sadness vibes manifesting themselves in a hodgepodge of ways, whether it be chilling on your rooftop just a tad longer or wearing strappy sandals on the regular. (Metaphorically raise your hand if you're guilty of both.)

Judging by the Christian Dior ensemble Kate Mara wore to the Creative Arts Emmy Awards this weekend, we'd say the actress is also feeling some of the same feels. (Celebs, they're just like us!) The uneven hemline and exposed shoulders exude an up-for-anything vibe—which basically translates to an awesome summer captured in a dress, especially taking the sunny yellow hue into account. And given her cool pulled-back hairstyle, in lieu of the two-toned and duo-textured nature of this breezy dress, it seems like she's holding onto the post-beach beauty routine we've all come to love and rely on. The one thing that doesn't scream summer, though? Her charcoal nails, painted to match the floral beading's iron tone. Hey, you can't win them all.
