The people have spoken, and they have voted Ellen DeGeneres the best. No, really, last night our favorite talk show host scooped up her 14th People's Choice Award. Other big winners included Justin Timberlake for Best Album, Demi Lovato for Best Female Artist, Lucy Hale for Best Cable TV Actress, and Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev for Best On-Screen Chemistry.
