BEST DRESSED: PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARDS

at last night's People's Choice Awards, there were clear winners (The Hunger Games, Katy Perry) and losers (jokes about Taylor Swift getting Kanye'd were funny, like, the first 10 times--now they're just getting old) onstage.

But on the red carpet, we mostly just saw things we really, really liked. Like Chloe Grace Moretz in a neon daisy print dress, or Lea Michele looking the best we've seen her in a while donning a hot pink mini. There were pleasant surprises, too--like Ellen Pompeo in a perfectly '70s-boho white gown, or Perry in a Valentino dress so understated for the pop star that we actually think we could pull it off, too.
