being a criminal never looked so good.

Whether you've loved the story of Bonnie and Clyde since the Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway film of 1967 or the Jay Z and Beyonce song of 2003, you're in luck. The classic tale of the husband and wife crime duo is being remade as a miniseries starring Emile Hirsch and Holliday Grainger as the titular couple, with Sarah Hyland, Holly Hunter, and William Hurt in supporting roles.

The two part series is set to air on not one, but three stations (A&E, History, and Lifetime) on December 8 and 9, so set your TiVos now. From the trailer it looks like a dramatic, romantic, and patient re-telling of the story, but, I mean, how can you look into Emile Hirsch's eyes and not fall in love? The bass-thumping rendition of Nancy Sinatra's "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)" that plays in the trailer is giving us visions of The Great Gatbsy and The Wolf of Wall Street trailers too, both of which were scored by some seriously bass-heavy tracks.
