Lip Sync Battle has brought us many a hidden gem, from Anne Hathaway's extravagant "Wrecking Ball" rendition to Justin Bieber's half-hearted "Big Girls Don't Cry" performance, but it seems like nearly every other performance is about to be swept away, in a sea of "YAAAAAAS KWEENs." This week, Broad City's Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer are living out their pop star fantasies and battling for the title of lip sync champion.
Abbi performed the ultimate Dreamgirls song, Jennifer Hudson's "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going," and Digital Underground's "The Humpty Dance." Ilana performed Outkast's "Hey Ya" and The Weather Girls' "Raining Men." There were sequins, extravagant facial expressions, and, above all, tears (from laughter, and that Polaroid picture line, which always gets us in that way).
