Get Your Chace Crawford Fix In The Spooky ‘Eloise’ Trailer
It’s Nate!
It's been a minute since we've seen Chace Crawford, the genetically gifted heartthrob who burst onto the scene as Nate Archibald in The CW's beloved teen soap Gossip Girl. Crawford's IMDB page reveals that he's been working steadily since the show wrapped up in 2012, most notably as the lead in ABC's short-lived series Blood and Oil. Now, Crawford returns in Eloise, a white-knuckle thriller that co-stars another former TV darling, Eliza Dushku.
In the first trailer, Crawford and Dushku team with two other pals to break into an insane asylum in order to obtain a death certificate that will help Crawford's character acquire a massive inheritance. What could go wrong? Well, considering this comes from the folks that brought us shriekers like The Exorcism of Emily Rose and The Rite, plenty.
While the trailer looks pretty paint by numbers—once you've seen one break-into-an-abandoned-insane-asylum movie you’ve seen them all—we're interested in seeing Crawford back on the big screen. Will this be the movie to jumpstart his career? Find out when Eloise hits theaters and on VOD February 3, 2017. Watch the trailer above.
