House Of Cards Takes Dressing Like A Princess To Real Life

Cult Worthy: House of Cards

by Marissa Smith

House of Cards, created by Ashiya Omundsen in August of 2012, is one brand I feel has not had as much recognition as it deserves. I found out about House of Cards via the Lazy Oaf Instagram of all things, and quickly fell in love. Omundsen focuses on making sure the label is a combination of bold colors, unique prints, and exaggerated shapes. Mix that with some metallic and tulle and you've got their latest collection. Giving off Molly Goddard vibes, but with a much more affordable price point, this brand hits the nail on the head when it comes to whimsical pieces you can actually wear every day. Make your inner princess come out and feel like you're dressing up as if you were 5 years old again. It's like dress-up for adults, and there's no doubt you will smile when you see these pieces on yourself in the mirror. Be bold and try something new with our favorite looks from House of Cards in the gallery.
