FEMME's New Single "Gold" Is A Luminous Anti-Love Song
London art-pop darling FEMME is back with her latest, addictive single "Gold," which we're thrilled to premiere here. The luminous, blowout dance track is actually kind of an anti-love song, which FEMME wrote "after spending many days watching ABBA videos and late nights dreaming of Shirley Bassey. The song is "about being blinded by someone's immaculate golden veneer to the point of not realising you may not be in love at all,” she says. You can listen to it, and love it, below.
