If FKA Twigs has taught us anything, it's that true, innovative artistry must encapsulate every medium possible. Over the past few years, Twigs has reimagined many a realm: music, the music video, and, yes, fashion, with her always visual take on style. Now, after stepping out in an Alexander McQueen birds of paradise dress and a Christopher Kane gown emblazoned with the male appendage, Twigs seems to be following the more traditional red carpet route.
The Atelier Versace gown isn't much different than many other corset-inspired dresses we've seen, but it certainly is beautiful. And FKA Twigs turned it out, as per usual. Let it be known: You don't have to shock people to make a statement. Take note, Hollywood.
