free music: tennis

The rule for covering an old hit song is the same for remaking a classic movie: If you can't beat the original, it's got to have completely fresh feel.

Tennis' new cover of Brenda Lee's "Is It True?," is a great example of the latter. By giving the 1964 rockabilly jam a dose of beach-pop sweetness,  the husband and wife twosome make it easy to forget it isn't one of the charming tunes they wrote at sea.
