The New ‘Game Of Thrones’ Trailer Has A Lot To Say About Jon Snow

Oh, what a horrible, horrible tease. This short, itty-bitty trailer for Game of Thrones’ oh-so-anticipated sixth season is high—sky high—on amazing moments and stylish violence, but very, very light on original content. In fact, it seems to be comprised of the series’ greatest hits rather than upcoming scenes—it's a weird trip down memory lane of the show's best beheadings, amputations, and balls of dragon fire (you know the ones).

One thing that might be original about the series is a long, longing shot of the maybe-dead (but probably totally alive) Jon Snow. We can’t quite figure out if the shot of him looking out into the distance with his bunny rabbit eyes is from season five or is entirely new. You GoT super experts are going to have to tell us (we are only mere experts). 

That said, all that stabbing and burning has us stoked for the upcoming season—which is the point of this tiny vid after all. As it says, we have “no idea what’s going to happen.”
