Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton Want To Break Each Others’ Hearts

Whether or not you're into Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton as a couple—and there are those who aren't—you have to admit, they sure do sound good together. The lovers linked up on a pretty little duet called "Go Ahead And Break My Heart," and it's got true country twang. (Because in this industry, you're not a real couple unless you make some music together.)

Both artists have had their hearts broken publically a handful of times, and given their very high profile and public divorces, they have endured the the thick and thin of heartache. "I never meant to get so into you/ Thought I was using you just to get me through/ You know I'm broken, I don't trust anyone/ Last thing I needed was to fall in love," Gwen croons. It's not until they reach the brutally honest chorus that we start to feel tiny pieces of our hearts crumble.

We're sure that Blake and Gwen will be performing the tune together on The Voice any day now, and we'll be watching while fighting tears back. ("I'm not crying, there's dust in my eye!" You'll say.) "Go Ahead And Break My Heart" is available to download on iTunes. The track is featured on Shelton's forthcoming album, If I'm Honest, to be released on May 20.
