It's National Pancake Day!!
Today is March 4th, but more importantly, it's National Pancake Day. If you follow NYLON Guys on Instagram then you know how big we go when it comes to brunch. We're of the mind that brunch isn't some weekend trend--brunch is a way of life, and a large part of this way of life is pancakes.
On our way in to the office we had to get our fix, and what better place than the
International House of Pancakes
to satisfy this craving? Sticking to our go-big ethics and our New York City roots, we couldn't pass up some New York Cheesecake pancakes. These fluffy hot cakes are loaded with cheesecake pieces and topped with strawberries, powdered sugar and whipped cream. Nutritionists say breakfast is the most important meal of the day… well, we say cheesecake is the most important meal of the day, so don't feel guilty.
Confession time: we're not just one type of pancake dudes. We believe in variety when it comes to breakfast. If you're a fan of cinnamon roll you have to try the sticky bun pancakes. Layered with buttery cinnamon spread and topped with icing, you might actually forget you're eating a pancake.
No matter where you live, IHOP locations nationwide are giving away complimentary short stacks from 7am-10pm and raising money for a charity in your area. So make sure to stop through your neighborhood
and take down a short stack.
