Lana Del Rey has made the Oscars long list...and no, not for Tropico. The singer has nabbed a spot on the Best Original Song preliminary list for "Young and Beautiful" from The Great Gatsby. She's joined by Taylor Swift ("Sweeter Than Fiction" from One Chance), Pharrell ("Happy" from Despicable Me) and Coldplay ("Atlas" from The Hunger Games). Fingers crossed this means that they'll be singing during the show...because an LDR performance would make sitting through all those categories much more bearable. (Oscars)

So can we consider this 51 First Dates? Because Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore are together again, this time in the rom-com Blended. After a horrible first encounter, the duo falls in love during a trip to Africa (don't ask....). Watch the trailer below! (Vulture)

It's about time we get a new Metronomy album, and luckily, that's exactly what's happening! Love Letters won't drop til next year, but check out their video for Aquarius here. It's about astrology, so how can you not be obsessed? (Gigwise)

Gilligan's Island is becoming a movie. How do we all feel about this? (EW)

Happy birthday, Brad Pitt! The actor turns 50 today (insane, right?) so obviously, we're going to celebrate by watching Fight Club tonight. (Grazia)

Cute boys plus a catchy song seems like the perfect combo to us. Listen to Bad Suns' new single "Salt" here and prepare to get hooked on your new favorite band. (NYLON Guys
