MANI MONDAY: #NYLONFW EDITION

the fashion shows that nailed it.

by rebecca willa davis

For our New York Fashion Week edition of Mani Monday, we could tell you all about the trends we're seeing. Like, how we're seeing way fewer nude nails than last season (Deborah Lippmann was as happy about this as we are). Or all the dark, vampy colors we've spotted (including at Richard Chai LOVE and BCBG Max Azria).

But what's way more exciting would be to just show you the nails that have been blowing our minds this week. From the oil spill-inspired polish at Rebecca Minkoff (which took five different Essie nail polishes--get the step-by-step here) to the nails at Houghton, which featured the same lace featured in the collection's designs to the gem-covered tips at Libertine courtesy of Butter London, we've been seeing some of the best hand-sized creations in recent Fashion Week memory.

So click through the gallery, check out the options, and then let us know in the comments which look you're going to try to tackle.
