Obama talked smack during his state of the union speech

mic. drop.

Last night, during his sixth State of the Union address, President Obama lifted twitter up and proceeded to slam down againt his knee, snapping it in two. The moment came when Obama humbly reminded the divided crowd of Democrats and Republicans that he has "no more campaigns to run." When a handful of smartass GOPers thought it would be appropriate to clap at that admission (and then chuckle at their own snide lack of respect), the president paused, turned to them, and then in a boss-like moment befitting the leader of the free world, shot back: "I know because I won both of them." That is when the world's biggest microphone fell and hit the ground in front of 30 million Americans.

There are so many things to love about this: The way the president quickly turns away from the Republican side of the room to face his Democrats, who promptly got up and cheered; the way he chuckles to himself as he imagines the sea of Vines he just created; and then finally that half-grin, realizing that he just used the sacred State of the Union address to talk smack.

The moment, which has been tweeted about and memed ad infinitum, serves as a reminder that after the lowest approval raitings of his presidency and a bruising midterm election, Barack Obama has more confidence in one eyelash then the rest of the planet combined. See for yourself below.
