Paris Fashion Week has not been without its drama (hula hoop bags at Chanel! Black-and-white checker print at Louis Vuitton!), but a lot of it is happening off the runway--and we're not just talking about the Cathy Horyn-Hedi Slimane online argument. Be it ground-grazing jackets, jeweled body harnesses, or brightly printed scarves twisted round and round, the women of Paris are no wallflowers.
