Back in May, author Julie Buntin kicked off our NYLON Book Club series with a Facebook Live Q&A about her debut novel, Marlena. Along with answering questions about her book, Buntin also read a brief excerpt from the novel. She chose a scene in which, she says, "the narrator is very drunk."
