Selena Gomez is slowly walking back into the spotlight. During the AMA’s, the singer made her first public appearance since August and delivered a touching speech about her hiatus. It’s clear her break had no effect on her popularity, though, as she was named the most followed celebrity on Instagram for the second year in a row. And today, it's reported that Gomez is set to become the new face of Coach.
According to Vogue, Gomez will be taking the helm at the accessories brand (and reportedly taking home $10 million in the process). On top of starring in ad campaigns, she also might be adding designer to her list of accolades. The 24-year-old was declared the face of Louis Vuitton back in June, so she's no stranger to big brand campaigns.
Coach celebrated its 75th anniversary this past week and, as Fashionista outlines, the company is looking to steal the spot of the coolest fashion brand in the game. Who better to help them reach that coveted spot than Gomez? Don’t call it a comeback.
We've reached out to Coach for more information and will update this post when we hear back.
